WHAT ARE DELIVERY OPTIONS?

• Home deliveries are shipped locally near you.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER

• 3 - 6 business days within Malaysia
• 14 business days for overseas shipment
• During the holidays, campaign period delivery may be delayed by an additional 2-3 business days.

HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST? 

• We offer free delivery above RM 300
• Orders under RM 300 will be charged a small shipping fee of RM 10 within West Malaysia 
• Orders under RM 300 will be charged a small shipping fee of RM 18 within East Malaysia 
• For overseas shipment flat rate of USD 10

WHAT SHIPPING COMPANIES DO YOU USE? 

• We work with a private shipping service provider that is safe, efficient, and reliable.

REFUND AND RETURN

There will be no refund on any purchase made.

Return or exchange can only be done if there is any major defect of products or a wrong order has been delivered.
If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund.

We advise customers to check on the parcels once you received it and revert immediately.
Merchandise exchange will not be valid after 3 days upon receiving of parcels.

However, if we happen to process exchange and return, please bear in mind that:
AMYCO BOUTIQUE provides exchange on all items with all tags attached (except sale & promotion items) in the same item in a different size or color.

Please notify us within 3 days and return the product(s) in its original condition (unaltered, unworn and/or unused) within 7 days from the order date to reach our team.

When we receive your parcel, we will inspect the condition of the items before proceeding to exchange the size or reimburse the returned items.
Bear in mind that in the case of postal returns, AMYCO BOUTIQUE will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay the delivery or return charges.

For exchange, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product for a different size subject to availability upon receiving the returned item.

*An exchange request must be made via email within 3 days upon receipt of the item. The email shall include the receipt number, receipt date, a picture of the item and an explanation of such request.
If your exchange request is approved, pack the item in its original packing material and send your parcel using a delivery method that allows tracking.
